Speedylink Terms of Service
Last updated: October 4, 2025
We’re a small hosting and IT service provider. We want you to have a good experience, and we keep things simple. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we ask from you.
1. What We Provide
We offer basic website hosting and remote IT/consulting services. We’ll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but these aren’t enterprise-grade or mission-critical systems.
2. Billing
Services are billed month-to-month in advance. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. If you don’t pay, service may be paused or cancelled.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel at any time—just let us know before your next renewal. We can also end service if there are violations of our policies or non-payment.
4. Backups & Data
Please keep your own backups. We may take backups, but they aren’t guaranteed. You’re responsible for your website files and data security.
5. Acceptable Use
Don’t break the law or abuse the service. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
6. No Guarantees
Like all hosting, there can be downtime or issues. We don’t guarantee uptime or response times. Services are provided “as is.”
7. Liability Limit
If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at what you’ve paid us in the last 12 months. We’re not responsible for lost profits, business interruptions, or indirect damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA.
